Have no fear, ain't no kids stepping onto this....
From a jumble of tubes......
dry fit
join the tubes to form a quadrilateral
time to file
figuring out the CS length
...to this.
Just need to pick up a 30.9mm post & it's finally rolling.
Wonder if I should tighten the chain a bit?

Was getting tired of the Leader, had it for a solid 4 years, decided to change things up.
Only parts I had to buy in addition to the frame was the headset and a 1" to 1-1/8" stem shim. Everything else was just cleaned and transferred from the Leader.
Parts list:
-Superb Sprint frame, medium
-Rear Wheel: Kinlin XD-280 rim, Sapim laser spokes, 28h Joytech hub, 17/20 Surely dingle cog
-Front wheel: Kinlin XM-250 rim, Pillar bladed spokes, 20h Bikehubstore hub
-Crank: 1970's Sugino Mighty hand drilled and polished by me, Blackspire 49t chainring drilled be me, Dura ace 7401 pedals
-Hylinx (chinese) carbon seatpost, ISM Adamo Peloton saddle
-Cane Creek 40 headset, On One Midge bars, FSA Vision Tech 90mm 31.8 stem
And yes, the toe overlap is massive. The peddle (spelt special just for Scrod) itself is only about an inch away from the front tire.

Anyway, new bike day. It still needs a decent wheelset though.

i have the cyclocross speed on my yeti. fast on the road! (for a cx tire)
i climbed the north cascades highway this weekend with them and they did great on dry pavement and in the snow at 70psi.
they are pretty great for gravel at ~55psi. they are terrible for wet grass.
