1973 Raleigh International - pick up in Cincinnati
SOLD
1973 Raleigh International 23.5" c-t seat tube, serial number G8170. I think just about everything on it is original (Campy + Weinmann brakes) except the rear rim (laced to the original Campy hub), possibly the front rim, and the saddle (a Brooks imitation made by Belt of Tokyo).
Known issues (mostly visible in pics):
decals are worn
minor rust spots throughout frame
red reflective tape on fork and seat stays (appears to come off without damaging paint)
screw hole in handlebar to the right of stem - used for anchoring bar-mounted bag
top jockey wheel in rear DR is cracked
left rear drop-out positioning screw is bent
Asking $500 with in-person pick up in Cincinnati, OH. If there are no takers after a while, I may consider shipping, but not yet.
I'm selling on behalf of the nonprofit MOBO Bicycle Co-op (mobobicyclecoop.org), and all proceeds go to them.
Note small screw hole to the right of stem and cable housing
