@RobbieTunes, I have the braze on version of these shifters, someplace: VeloBase.com - Component: SunTour LD-3700, Cyclone
I would need to find them. They are friction only.

Update:
27.0 zero-setback seat post, for an SL frame that either can be made to fit or leaves the stable.
Still looking.
25.4 zero-setback seat post, pretty much the same deal.
Correction: 25.0, and I don't think they exist.
12-30 or 11-30 or a wider 10sp Campy cassette. Still looking.
a "wider" 7-sp freewheel for Campy. I have a 13-27. With a 42t small ring, won't cut it on climbs. I'm old.
Superbe Pro or Superbe friction DT shifters. Not clamp-on. Potential!
A 28h Velocity Aerohead rim in silver. Still looking.
7-A 36h rear DA 7403or 7700 or 7800 hub in silver. Still looking.

On the seat posts: you could certainly get a 27.2 mm post and wear it down to fit with 320 and then 600 & 800 sandpaper (stop when you like the finish), finishing up with (white) polishing compound on a rag. I did this with a somewhat beat Ritchey/Nitto post for a build that needed a 27 mm. You have to stop with the first grit earlier than you think, or like me, you'll end up at/near 26.8! But it worked fine, and looks great. Based on my experience, the same should work to take off 0.4 mm too. 27.2 and 25.4 certainly easier to find than what you need.

Not sure if you are still looking for the shifters, but I've got a pair of Superbe Pro braze on shifters I was planning to list, though I had been planning to lump them all together with original set of Superbe Pro front and rear derailleurs. Let me know if still looking, or you want a full shift + derailleur set.
