Bromptfication?

Has anybody here ever spoken with the Bromptfication owner? Anybody has news regarding the resume of production?

He announced production would resume after the summer under a new owner, but there are no news. I have emailed him but he’s not replying.

The information I've cleaned is he sold off old stock and moved on. There is no sign that whomever bought the shop is continuing the project.

Thanks for the Japanese store link, I didn't know they had stock there. I've contacted them to order some stuff including the QR Pedals, let's see if they get back to me.

Brompfication pedals are listed Out of Stock. Try MKS EZY or Wellgo QRD series pedals as options.

Where are you located and what parts do you need?
Some of the local shops here still has some stock. Check
Out both BFold and Nycewheels.

The Loro Japanese store is not replying to my messages either. Maybe they got fed with serving international orders? (Loro does list as having some pedals in stock, but not sure if that's accurate anymore).

I want to buy several items, but the thing I'm more interested in are their magnesium pedals (QR left, regular right). According to the specs (175 grams/pair), they're lighter than the MKS EZY with Ti Bolt (222 grams/pair, https://www.bike48.com/product/mks-co...s-w-ht-pedals/).

You're comparing Ti Parts pedals with both sides quick release with
your link. I used to see a few Ebay sellers offering a Ti Parts Workshop
pedal set that had one standard and another quick release.

I used to have Xpedo R Force titanium pedals. Factory lists the weight
at 170gms. Registered 167 on my scale. No side releases.

The Japanese Loro store finally got back to me! They had some Ti QR Pedals in stock, and I ordered those plus the Seat Clamp, the Ti Hinge Clamp Set and the Rear Frame Clip.

On related news, my Ti handlebar arrived today. I'll install it this week.

Let's see how much weight I can save.
