80's bianchi-need info

I recently bought a 1980's celeste bianchi road bike. The serial # is 3.m992 around the seatpost. It has the made in Italy sticker, but no tubing stickers. It has Gipiemme rear and fork dropouts. It has campy derailers(nouvo gran sport),crankset, front hub, rims. I think its a alloro, there is a oro still visable on the top tube. Any info would be great, would really like to know what kind of tubing. Thanks.

Yes it has fender eyelets. It looks similar to that one.

If I am correct regarding Bianchi serial numbers, that leading "3" would indicate 1983 vintage (see my signature). My Bianchi has a Columbus tre tubi main triangle and is devoid of eyelets, but I am not sufficiently well-versed in Bianchi model names to help with yours.
