Have you ridden the Minuteman?
I rode the eastern leg of the Upper Charles today. Nice foliage.

LoL. Yeah, avoid the SNETT in Franklin as well. Quite nasty.

Wow, I rode the Silver Comet from Mableton to Rockmart several years ago and I don't remember any of the scenery shown above.
I'd been visiting family in Canton and convinced my brother-in-law to drive me to the trailhead one day. It turned out to be much further away than we anticipated, so I was kind of embarrassed, especially because he had to come back and get me later. For this reason, I couldn't really relax and enjoy the ride. Maybe I rode past all these things and didn't even take notice?
One thing I will tell you, though. I bought a Silver Comet Trail T-shirt at the bike rental shop and I've worn it to death over the past 15 years or so. It still looks as fresh and new as the day I brought it home!

What about Danvers/Topsfield? I know it's a bit short, but it's unpaved and I enjoyed it a lot.
Another nice unpaved trail is the Mass Central, located a bit west of Worcester.
Here are a couple foliage rides from two weeks ago:

just did 19.5 miles on the Mass Central yesterday in Rutland, Oakham & Barre. good quality packed trail. I think Wifey would enjoy it
like the way you posted your pics & always enjoy trails w water feature
had fun exploring a section that was unimproved, really unimproved but then it became impassable from either direction

Admiring your efforts there I've just updated the links in this old topic, and seeing the date of your last post,
it turns out that I had a foliage ride there two days later. Have you been back at all?
