80’s Schwinn Varsity, immaculate
I realize this forum may not be the correct place to sell a Varsity, but I figured I’d see if there is any interest. I’m not looking to ship this heavy beast, local sales in NE Ohio only please.
I have completely rebuilt this varsity, piece by piece and it is immaculate. Brake and shift cables will be added before sale. The only real flaw is an area of missing paint on the down tube. Otherwise it’s in fantastic condition.
Yes it’s heavy, but it is built to last multiple lifetimes.

Not to be persnickety, but it needs cables & housings. Don’t know about your market, but you could easily get your price in the PNW, If it was fully operational. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback on the price. It’s definitely not a money maker for the time I have in it. It was a bike that I was forced to buy to get one that I wanted. I wasn’t even going to spend the time on it, I was going to harvest it originally. The condition was so nice that I changed my mind So, here I am.
