Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It'd be unfortunate if someone mistook that for a pipe and got earwax in their mouth.

Today is a code red air quality day, but it's actually better today than the last two or three, methinks.

OK, on the subject of audio--the speakers on this computer used to work but then I "upgraded" from Windows 8 to 10 and now there's no sound.

Is there a setting I should check?

You probably need to update your audio driver. Go to your laptop manufacturer's site and look for the support/downloads section. Some windows 8 drivers still work after a W10 upgrade, some don't. Same thing happened to my Lenovo but it was a quick fix.

Indeed. I was on Lookout Mountain last night in the dark, and it was still a pleasant ride, even though I was doing 4 minute efforts. Snow tomorrow, then next weekend/week will be beautiful for the Christmas Light Intervals.

It also says to choose workout times based on air quality or consider moving workouts to indoors for better air.
