1986-87 Colorado Springs Bianchi

Hello Bianchigirll and other Bianchi specialists out there... picked up a dark navy blue (maybe black?) 1986-87 Colorado Springs last night for $75 that has been sitting for quite some time - the saddle looks original and has green mold on it - so has not been ridden recently for sure. Got back late so I'll snap pics when I go home for lunch and post them after lunch.

A google search shows no blue/black 1986-87 Colorado Springs bikes... so not sure what I have.

Serial # under BB is 1043489 - but in front is a light impression of a 6 or an 8 in a different font it looks like... so could be 81043489 or 61043489 as well?

I bought it in the dark but noted it did not have the turkey wings on the brake levers and it has a good micro-adjust seatpost - so based on those two things I knew it was a little better than average bike - but when I flipped it at home to see the serial number I noticed it does not have a rear derailleur hanger! It has the bolt on kind. So that left me confused.

Here is the cell phone pic from inside the garage last night and I'll post better pics and more info about the components after lunch...

Thank you!!

EDIT: it does have 27' rims
