6'7" is pretty tall. The biggest frames the big brands make is maybe 25", or XXL. IMO, these may be too small for you. The biggest off the shelf frame I know is the Soma Double Cross, Soma Wolverine, and Soma ES, all of which are available in 66 cm (26"). So if a Trek in 25" or a Specialized or Cannondale in XXL don't fit, you might need to try Soma. And even that might be too small. If it is, Gunnar makes frames larger than 68 cm.

Looking at the fit size for Felt, as an example, their largest (61) alloy road frame accommodates riders up to 6'5" but, if you put on a stem extender, you can raise the bars another 3 inches. What you might look for is the largest frame of a road bike that does not have a downward sloping top tube (so there's not as much exposed seatpost and because you're not worried about standover height). You'd want a bike on the value-priced end of the spectrum with a fork that has an aluminum (not carbon) steerer tube. If it comes with a carbon seatpost, I'd switch it out for an aluminum post and get a long one that goes down deep into the seattube and you won't have any problems with a bike that's not stiff enough.
