6x10 Z4 with 5min Z2 in between (zwifting). It's weird, I have sustained 93% for 60 mins straight and even doing around 95% like I did today is pretty comfortable, but I have a hard time getting comfortable at 250-255w as far as cadence is concerned (either have to spin faster than I like or slower), going to have to get the tighter ratio 12-23 cassette on and see how that helps. All this to say that I have kept my ftp at 250 because I haven't proven to myself otherwise that I can actually do better.

Thursday was 30 second efforts - 81 TSS. Yesterday was a 1.5H ride at L2/3 - 107 TSS. Today was a "fun" bout of WRIs; wind picked up and it was miserable in 1 direction, but I set a few PRs on Strava sprinting with the wind - 132 TSS.

Not going to make the circuit race tomorrow, so I'll just do some L2 time and hopefully prepare for the road race on Sunday.

I haven't done it for free ... so I'll prob pass. With winter rolling in, they'll have a pretty captive audience though.

Regarding zwift, I like it fine, but really when I'm doing intervals sometimes I don't even pay attention to whatever screens I have on. Curious to see what training stuff they introduce though.

2hrs on zwift, z2/z3 will be traveling most of this coming week, which I guess is good because I'll have a rest week ahead of the last road race of the season, which I'm still hoping to do. will probably be stuck going to spin studios but will try to rent a road bike for a day hopefully

Gate to the top half of my usual 20min climb was closed today due to common sense, so I did 4x10 to the gate instead with 6ish min rests between, 97-103% ascending difficulty. I'm feeling tired, and glad that tomorrow's the last day of the block before some rest.

Forest Falls, 50 miles, 5k of climbing. Did a 20 minute effort with some 30s. Asthma was acting up so the numbers were low...actually I'm just glad I didn't pass out.

5.25hrs low z2, 240 TSS. felt surprisingly good in the final stretches of the ride, and by that, I mean: I didn't feel like crap.

up next: food
