Microshift.

You are on your own for the crankset.

I wound up doing a 2X9 microshift upgrade.

10-speed Microshift Advent X might be more worthwhile.

There are too many options to list. Give more info, such as what gearing range you need what kind of bike (bb type and rear spacing) and hub this will be used on, and what 9 sp stuff you already have.

My parts hybrid is running an old 8 speed XT derailleur with a 9 speed XTR shifter with a Race Face N/W Chainring but that is me and it is not a mountain bike and chain retention was not high on the list. We have no idea what you are running or what you need however had I not had all those parts in my parts bin, I would probably build a 1x10 with AdventX or build something more modern maybe using the new Shimano CUES stuff.

Going to make a guess that OP is asking for trek7300fx or specialized pitch.

The Stance 2 has a 1x10.

My suggestion to OP, compare prices for whichever bike it is, is the bike worth it, and will it give you a reasonable increase of satisfaction with your rides?

Also compare prices to a 1x10 system as just a thought.

Nope not for the 7300 fx for my second mtb I already found cranks so I'm leaning towards microshift.

If it is for a Pitch don't spend money on it unless absolutely needed to keep it safely working till you can afford the bike you want. The Pitch was at the bottom of their line up designed to look sort of like a mountain bike but without the performance and unfortunately just isn't a good candidate for upgrading beyond minor safety upgrades like brake pads. If for the Stance, if it is the more current model it has a decent enough drivetrain and a nice step up in 1x10 so no need to swap around.

Box components is another option, they've got their prime 9 collection for something a bit different and MTB oriented.
