Guess the weight of my bike! Results on monday, after I go weigh it.

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

In the interest of accuracy, I think I like (3^pi - 2e) pounds.

I have a 1990 derosa with full c-record and columbus slx tubing. It was 22.5 lbs with fairly light tubular wheels.
I am going to guess yours is about 29 lbs.

Dang, my '80s Pinarello is 22.0 lbs with not-so-light clinchers. I'm running Campagnolo DT shifters tho. Must've been a half pound in shifter weight

I've never weighed it with the sewups on. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

Well the de rosa was a size 63 and delta brakes arn't the lightest.
My bottecchia is 23.5 lbs with c-record cobaltos and 92 record ergos. It does have a 370 gram saddle thats not helping. The old time clipless pedals weigh a ton as well.

You just can't get a classic steel bike under 20 lbs without getting into some really exotic stuff. I have a 531 touring bike with modern dura-ace 7800 and it's still over 21 lbs.
Their is no way op's **** gas pipe bike is much south of 30 lbs.

Thanks to everyone for participating! Being new to the community and biking, it is nice to see that almost everyone is open minded and fun as well as very helpful. I have changed quite a few things on my bike thanks to everyones corrections. I am nervous about the outcome of the weight simply because I am afraid to see that my judgment may have sucked. Bad... Gonna devote tomorrow to finding a place I can go that has one of those scales that you hang stuff from. I will weigh it with and without all accessories. Post results on monday. Till then keep guessing!
