Wish I knew why, but last night - 56RHR and 78BB. See how running goes when the sun comes up.

Holy cow! Yeah, not a screamin' deal. I was all excited about this when I saw the ad saying 56% off, but I'm more of a sub-$500 frameset guy
https://www.competitivecyclist.com/r...ravel-frameset
$1150

$1150
Those two are effectively the only two bikes I ride.

There area at least 3 tv shows about it. The only one I can watch is called "My 600 Pound Life". It's in hiatus now and I don't know if it is coming back. It features an Iranian American surgeon in Houston who performs gastric surgery on patients who are at least 600 pounds. Each show follows a single patient for a year and they are required to lose weight before any surgery is performed. They are also asked to see a therapist. Some succeed, some don't.
btw, the third heaviest person ever known was a Mexican named Manuel Uribe who was as high as 1300 pounds.

... I have five frame sets hanging out under the garden shed roof annex, waiting for some final burst of energy and intention from me. Pretty sure I have all the stuff to complete them, except ambition. But these are olde framesets, that I stripped and refinished a year or two ago. Crappy ancient steel, that rusts, and frames that take 80's wheels, with only 6 cogs in the back and minimal room for larger tires. . And no dics breaks on any of them.
So where were you when I needed this sort of sound advice ? You know, before I ended up in this predicament.

Someone’s day started poorly hope everyone is ok. Flames were shooting up until they got them knocked down.

Almost four miles. Slow, but HR didn't creep over 160 until the climb home. Maybe -maybe- doing a little better. So frustrating.
