Stupid assembly question.
I'm getting ready to throw together my Leader 721 and this'll be the first time I've done a headset myself. I think I know the answer but I just want to make sure before I do it. On the Cane Creek 40 series, particularly 1-1/8 to 1-1/2 integrated tapered headset, does the blue seal on the crown race go down towards the crown or up towards the steerer?

The seal goes up against the bearing. If you stick the fork in a freezer for a little bit then the race will go on easier because the steerer tube will shrink.

Awesome! I figured but I knew if I didn't ask then it'd be the opposite and I'd screw it up.
Is your freezer really big enough for an uncut fork though?
