Unknown tandem
The tandem has no decals.
The head set is Campagnolo. Also the seat posts.
The rest of components are mixed: Mafac brake levers, Suntour derailleurs, Sugino crank, Phil hubs.
The owner said that his brother brought the bike from Europe many years ago.
Any idea what is?

@marius.suiram - PIcs are too dark and the wrong side of the bike is showing. Take pictures of the frame where the parts are listed and look for a SN.

I have owned two Motobecane tandems, several things don't match: no rear drum brake, no TA cranks, the middle horizontal tube is not a double split tube all the way to the head tube on the Motobecane. Etc.
Buying a tandem to sell is a money suck. At a lower price point, the OP has some juicy parts. Tandem cranksets have very good value, as do the P Wood hubs and Campy seat posts.
I restored one I had, the other was nicer but a project. I couldn't sell one for what the cranksets were worth. I actually offered the PAIR at the value of just ONE set of cranks. No interest. So I reluctantly parted them out. I put about 40 hours into restoring one (it had a lot of issues). Needless to say, it was one of my biggest mistakes.

Tandems are definitely not for the faint of heart or those who don't really expect to keep it for long. Not a money making proposition as they are twice the work of a single and have a lot of unique parts, like nearly every one except handle bars saddles, pedals and consumables with the exception of the rear brake cable. Some have nearly impossible serviceable BB's

I think the tandem was a good one, probably built with Campagnolo parts, but in time most of the Campi parts were replaced.
The seller told me a lower price of 200$, but still not happy with it.

+1 a good deal at this price regardless of maker nicely made bike with $300-400 plus of nice components, It is just a lot of commitment when buying a tandem won't fit in a to take home in most cars or trucks can't be shipped buy regular means about 10inches over max so it needs to be freight shipped which is PITA.
