Found free Morishima, can anyone tell me about this brand?

Found free Morishima, can anyone tell me about this brand?
I found this bike on street today. TANGE 5 in entire frame including Fork!
The bike had an utterly trashed frontwheel and inner tube. I did a quick and dirty setup to test it, rides likes a dream. All i did was clean a tiny bit, replace pedals & seatpost/saddle plus front wheel. Dialed in back derailleur a little and oiled.I did google quite some but could not really find any info on this brand. A number of them were sold in Germany at least and I am pretty sure the brand is actually Japanese.
Anyone ever owned one or knows more?

Hi v1nce,
this is the house brand of a larger German bike shop in Lower Bavaria. They were produced in Taiwan in the same factories, where the top bikes were produced at the time. They pop up in the German version of Craiglist mostly in southern Germany.
I have one myself which was specced completely in Shimano DX from 1991. Quite light with 7000 series aluminium frame and fork.
