Dia Compe Aero Gran Compe brakeset -- missing hardware

I had picked these up just for the front of a track bike, but decided against it. Very aero with angled cable inlet and elliptical. flush height adjustment. Very short reach. Missing hardware, but it's compatible with readily available adjusters. Pads have lots of life. $25, plus ~$5 shipping in US.

I don't know why everything keeps formating upsidedown
