How to remove a Bitex freehub body?

I tried to look up and the closest I found was, remove both end caps and pull the body by hand...
well, removing the end cap was just like the instructions, the freehub on the other hand..... I tried to pull as hard as I could and nothing, grabbed the freehub body with pliers and tried to pull and no way...

Do you guys have suggestions or know how to remove it?

this is a picture of the freehub body:

removal instructions:

the guy just slide it out...

When you asked the manufacturer, what did they say?

If you are certain that is how the freehub is removed, you can thread an old lockring in to the bare freehub, and clamp it into a vise. Gently tap the wheel up by the spoke crossings with the heels of your palms.

Got it out.. I attached the 10mm Allen to the spindle on the drive side and tapped it with a rubber mallet. Now it looks like I would have to buy a bearing press to put it all together again.
Thanks for the tip
