Hello!

I just finishing the last few touches on my bike, here are some pictures so far.
The bike rides great! (although is a bit to big for me) I must say that while riding the bumps on the road are felt a lot. Any advice on this? maybe bigger wheels?

Bike: Peugeot 103 Carbolite.
All original parts
Paint: Raw tube, 3 coats of clear coat (heavy dutty)

Adjust your saddle! It looks terribly uncomfortable in that position. Cool bike though

Bumps are strongly felt in the arms. The saddle is only temporary in that position. I need a low (thinner) profile one.
GOod thing about this one is that acts as a rear fender XD

With that position, I'm not surprised. You're probably putting way too much weight on your arms trying to stop yourself from falling forwards. Make your saddle level and I bet the problem will go away. If you still have trouble, raise your stem up to the minimum insertion point. Those two things should make the bike rideable, but it looks like the frame is too big for you.

Not only is the frame to big for you, it is WAYYYY too big. Change the seat angle, you must feel like you're falling off

That frame is probably gigantic given the size of the stem AND the positioning of the saddle. I'm guessing your hands start going numb after 10 miles. Get a new frame or get a new bike if you're planning on getting an SS

My guess is that you're about 5' 7" riding a 60cm frame.........sweet!

Hello!!

Yes i way too big for me! I know! Iits a 55 frame and I am 1.67m. I don't feel my hands numb...its actually a nice ride...I am playing with the seat post angle at the moent. Leg stroke is at ful reach on the downwards but I can still reach the ground.

I will try to gat my frame swapped at my LBS for a smaller one. I just likke DIY stuff (I thought it would be nice to update the bike before selling it or swapping it.

I can really complain... I found tha bike beind some bushes in front of my house few months back...

1.67 m is around 5'7" which means you should really be able to more comfortably ride on a 55 although you probably would be more comfortable on a 52 cm or smaller. If it is too big though I definitely recommend a new frame cause wrongly sized frames makes for lame riding.
