We attempt to keep active by riding rail trails near us. I sometimes ride on roads with good visibility at non-peak times.
Favorite rides were the two times we did the NYC 5-boro bike tour. 30ish miles on a Sunday morning in May that they close the roads, start in Manhattan, end on Staten Island.
The folding Citizen bike just fits in the trunk of my wife's 2-seater classic car if I take off the seat and handlebars :-)
