Reviewing past Zwift workouts ?

I did a search of BF without finding this question (sorry if I missed it).

I've been using Zwift for three years, I typically ride a workout program - I'm currently doing the 4wk FTP Booster.

During the live work out, you get detailed information on the blocks and your performance, including if you achieved a block or not. I'd like to review this after a ride, and see my total program stats, but can't find it anywhere.

I can review my data in Strava, but Strava doesn't have data on the specific Zwift workout goals.

Is there a way to review Zwift workout - actual versus goal? Thanks!

Sync with Strava is the answer to this question. Zwift itself does not really give you much in term of very past stats.

Nope, you see your ride history but details are not saved. that is must for Zwift users who want this data. I actually use Garmin connect for this purpose. Better data collection and retention there.

I'll have to check out around in Garmin Connect. I use Garmin for most everything, but really like Zwift's environment.

For now, I can do a side-by-side analysis, but this is kinda weak

The page on the left (linked in the first post) allows you to enter your FTP; therefore, allowing you to compare the workout to the achieved in watts. I left my data out of the image because I'm so modest.
