Di2 wire routing with 30mm axle in BSA BB

Hello! Does anyone have experience running Di2 wires through a BSA BB shell with a 30mm axle. I’m about to attempt this, but I understand that clearances are very tight. 1. Is this even possible? I believe the internal diameter of the BB is 34mm which means that the clearance between the axle and the shell is 2mm. 2. If/assuming it is, what options are there to prevent the wires from rubbing against the axle? Would a sleeved BB, such as this FSA model which includes a sleeve (https://shop.fullspeedahead.com/en/b...steel-bearings) work?Any advice gratefully received! Thanks. Picture of sleeved BB below:

Are you certain clearances are tight ? And where are you getting those measurements from ?

Have you removed the existing b-bracket to look at the area where the downtube and seat tube meet ?

On the Chinese carbon on which I installed Di2, I had a ton of clearance for the e-tube wires.

I have this BB and an SLK 386EVO crank on my gravel rig with Di2. With a straight-bore metal BB shell on a ti frame, it is a bit close. It works, just needs a bit of care.

@Marcus_Ti that’s exactly the intel I was looking for. I’ll give it a go. Thanks.

FYI, this is how my Di2 wires are routed around the (Rotor, 24mm Shimano) BSA BB shell:

(the frame doesn't support Di2, but I made it work )
