Vintage Basso Road bike SLX Italian! - $275 (oakland north / temescal)

I'm selling my 1991 Basso Loto racing frame. The frame is Columbus SLX lugged steel with a 61cm seat tube ctc, and 59cm top ctc. This was a high end racing frame in it's day and is still light and fast. The frame has cool pantographed lugs, fastback seat stays, internal rear brake routing, and chrome Basso dropouts. I was able to fit 28mm tires front and back if big tires are your thing.
Comes with an Ultegra headset, Dura ace crankset 7410(and probably bb), Dura ace front der, ITM two bolt seat post, 3ttt bars (41cm), and Specialized stem. I was riding this bike for the past few years till I got something that fit better. That said I do not know much about the bike's history, but it was never wrecked in my possesion. The paint was rad but shows it's age and is probably 5 of 10. No dings, dents, or cracks that I can see.

If I had the cash, I'd be looking for a facilitator right about now.

Specialized Allez Jim Merz - $210

Fantastically bad single photo combined with a stuck caps lock key... but could be a decent deal on a pretty nice bike.

This Submariner mixte has been listed for quite some time. $100 is quite reasonable.

Shame this is so big:

© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap
1843 Edenwald Lane
(google map) (yahoo map)

This is a rare Wizard bicycle circa 1974-5, one of only 85 built by Brian Baylis and Mike Howard between stints at the legendary Masi California operation. It is definitely for a tall rider: 61cm seattube measured c-c, 59 cm top tube. The frame finish is in excellent condition, as are the components, which, per the pictures, are a mix of Campagnolo: Record pedals, crank, seatpost, Gran Sport brakes, Super Record derailleurs. Bar and stem are Cinelli, saddle is a Brooks. The wheels are a nice clincher set built on Phil Wood hubs with later-model Campagnolo rims. Many of the parts obviously post-date the manufacture of the frame. More info about Wizard Cycles is available here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/WIZAR...8290189?v=info
Please don't hesitate to ask any questions: bike is available for inspection. Thanks for looking!

Beautiful bike, if it was warmer I would drive down just to see it.

That's a unique backdrop for his picture. Is there a gas tank hiding under the fairing?

You don't see these every day.

[h=2]1977 Schwinn Superior -- 57cm -- Spectacular Condition -- Excellent Ride - $450 (Lakeview)[/h]

1977 Schwinn Superior -- 57cm -- Spectacular Condition -- Excellent Ride

This bike rides like a dream. Really smooth Huret shifters, Nervar Crankset, Schwinn Approved front and rear derailleurs. The frame is probably the best part, fillet-brazed CrMo. It has nicks, and a pretty good scratch on the fork, but nothing rusty. Cleaned it from top to bottom. Nice aluminum rims. Tires are fine, but could stand to be replaced. Based on the serial number it was made in 1973. With that said, it has been very well maintained.

Far as I know, all original parts except:
Bars and stem - Sakae Randnner Road Champion
Bar tape - Specialized
Saddle - Specialized
Pedals
Brake cables

At $90 that is almost worth trying to facilitate, but I need to get in downsize mode

BG, I'd be looking at this if it was local.

Looking at the 88 Fuji catalog, it is listed as 'Feather SI triple-butted channeled Cromoly tubing'. I'm wondering if this isn't a Miyata-built frame with their splined tubing...

Never heard of SunTour Ole' derailleurs and cluster

The Ole' was sort of a white finished Sprint/Cyclone level group to compete with Sante
