Hello from Southern Nevada
Time for this retired guy to get off his 10 yr. old Giant MTB and get on pavement.
I’m a new Trekkie (not Star). I recently bought a 2021 Trek FX3 Disc 18 speed (2 x 9) hybrid bike. Looking forward to sharing information with other Trek FX series owners.
Great this forum has an “Official Trek FX Thread” in the “Hybrid Bicycles” category. I plan to hang my helmet there.

Thank you Fred.
As you likely know quality bikes are hard to find in stores across the country. Several months out if you want to pre-order a Trek FX series bike.
I got lucky and found my 2 month old Trek FX3 Disc on Craigslist. The seller could no longer ride it due to a non-related injury.
I was on the fence between a new FX2 Disc or FX3 Disc. Not having to wait months plus getting a great deal from the seller made the FX3 Disc an easy decision.

Thank you TMonk.
Been watching CL daily for two months. If patient and just hang in there, and with some luck, a better deal might come on CL. It did for me.
