Does Parallax Hub = Freehub?

Are all parallax hubs freehubs or are some freewheels?

I've searched and can't get a clear answer though I haven't seen any that take a freewheel in my searching.

I have one on a 90's, 7 speed MTB.

Thanks!

Not sure why a marketing term is so important. But I believe "Parallax" was only used on Shimano's freehubs. I could be wrong though. Andy

There are Shimano Parallax front hubs, too, so......but as for rear hubs, I agree with Andy, I think Parallax rear hubs are strictly cassette hubs, no freewheel Parallax hubs.

For the record, you all were correct. Thanks for the responses. It was a freehub with a cassette and not a freewheel.
