Wowza. That thing is only 55 grams heavier than my Enve Gravel Fork, but it's got even more tire clearance, a bunch of mounts, dynamo wire routing, and (did you notice this?) "lifetime incident protection." (I don't know what that is, but it sounds good.)
Looks expensive, but I'll bet it's damn nice.

It also has a flip-chip for the axle, so you get two different rakes or trails or whatever it is called.
I've got the first-gen CX Enve fork with QR dropouts. It has been solid (once I got Dura Ace QR levers), but I miss having mounts on the fork, and a thru-axle would be a safety improvement. I was eyeballing the Spork fork, but if this thing could hold small panniers, and I can convert my hub, this might be a worthy upgrade.

About time they catch up with Niner and Rodeo Labs. Granted it is ENVE, so it will cost more than a used car....

It is only marginally more expensive than the Rodeo Labs Spork 3.0, which unambiguously states you can put front panniers on it, and you can get eyeballs on the fork logo.
The flip chip interests me, but would an increased fork rake make for less stable steering? (My current Enve CX 1 has a 49mm fork rake, and the bike handles well.)

Again, not much more than their Gravel Fork, and not much heavier either. Seems like a decent deal, to me. Though if I were getting a new steel frame for that type of riding, I might just go with a steel fork that has all of those mounts.

More fork rake (lower trail) makes slightly easier steering and less tire flop. I have never felt like my low-trail bikes were unstable. Others don't like the responsiveness, it really depends on what you are used to. Most gravel bikes have slack head tubes, so they have plenty of trail. I think the main thing that you will notice is that it isn't quite as unpleasant to ride out of the saddle. I'm glad fork companies are coming to the realization that 45mm rake isn't enough for a gravel bike.
