Tandems are a hard sell. 1.Very few people are looking for them. 2.They have to fit both members of the couple. 3.Older tandems like the Paramount have a very cramped cockpit for the stoker. In good condition $600 if you're lucky. (You may not be lucky.) Give us some photos so we can assess the condition.

A few Paramount tandems have been for sale in Los Angeles in the last few years. Most have been $600 or less and have lingered and then get re-listed. There was one, that was a bit older and nicer, that seemed to sell quickly it was listed at $900?

I have a couple of odd sized custom tandems that just don't stir any interest. Being it is a Schwinn and a Paramount it should sell if it's a common size. Value would be in originality and condition. Looks like you have a few. If you belong to a club that would be your best venue.

It can't imagine it will go for much. I had a perfect condition Santana Arriva tandem c1986 that I sold 10 years ago and only got $600 for it. Perfect condition. I loved it and I hated to let it go, but my wife didn't want to ride anymore. The Santana is a much better bike than the Paramount. But the thing is that anyone really interested in a tandem is going to get a carbon frame now, not steel. Much lighter-weight. And if they only want it for noodling, they are not paying much for it.

I've seen them sell for dramatically less than the parts on them. $300 to $400 for the Paramount tandem. And finding a tandem customer is extremely difficult. And shipping is very challenging.
Parts worth much more. You decide.
