The great escape

Being under full lock down here, I still need to get out and ride. Riding on the road is risky. There are checks and no one really identified cycling as Y or N.
So, my solution is, to use senòr fatty and go serious off road. Fields, brush and the occasional gravel road. Out of sight, out of mind.
It won't be a long ride, but should be able to scratch the itch.

If you don't go near other people, I don't see any problem.

I don't know about the authorities.

Riding a bike in solitude or reasonable distance to fellow riders sounds like the healthiest activity.

Probably more lethal sitting depressed inside on a couch.

I told my buddies I'll be riding in the woods by myself....
Hoping the best for everyone out there.

I just had a confusing, irritating exchange with a "friend" on FB. She asked if she can go for a bike ride and what docs if any are needed. I answered her that bike riding is allowed in your own area as long as the social distances are respected and a declaration form is needed (see Italy laws), I even attached a link explaining it.
Well...
She replies back that she does not want to risk bike riding because if she gets hurt she will have to go to the hospital and risk being exposed to the virus and so on, and so on.
Maybe she is normally crazy or it's this crisis, but I need to stop helping people on FB
