Torelli frame evaluation
I have this frame and fork.
I might keep it and rebuilt it, being my size, but also I might sell it.
The frame has a lot of scratches and ugly touch ups, also has marks from old black tape.
What is, in your opinion a value of the f&f.
The head set is marked Torelli, I can see some remains letters. The bottom bracket is Campagnolo.
The tubing is Columbus EL.

I know nothing about this brand but there is one locally that gets relisted from time to time. Seems overpriced to me.

As far as your frameset goes, I’m thinking the value is the same as any other above-average frame that happens to fit someone’s need at the moment. EL is reportedly high end tubing, just doubt anyone is seeking out a Torelli. I’ll take a swag at $100-$125.

Based on the forks and stay end treatments, I'm pretty sure that is a Mondonico built Torelli. He was a known builder of the high end Torelli in the early1990s. In which case, I wouldn't accept less than $150 US and would be aiming for closer to $200 US.
Torelli was established circa 1983 as the house brand for Bills' Bike Shop which a few years later abandoned the retail business and resurfaced as Torelli Imports. The frames were made by various well known manufacturers in Italy and shipped to the USA for painting and frame prep.

Even the paint is pretty bad, I will rebuild it and ride it for now. I have a lot of parts available, not Campagnolo, but I do not care.
