SRAM Red Blackbox jockey replacement help
Having a problem finding lower cost 11 tooth 10 speed jockey wheels that will work. $100 plus or minus a set is not in my budget. Ordered two sets so far and both about 45mm - one claimed to be 41 which is close to what I think I need based on measuring well worn old wheel. In lowest gear links make contact between pulley and sprocket with the 45mm. This has been a most frustrating project. Lots of low cost ones avail - but virtually no one lists wheel dia or will answer if questioned.
Pretty sure the orig part number is 00.7518.014.000.

Do these look like what you need? https://tacx.com/products/jockey-whe...ilter-collapse Standard or Stainless bearings are all you need. Can usually be had/ordered at your local bike shop or shop around online. Tacx makes good quality jockey wheels and are what I have used when needing replacements. Plus they use pretty much maintenance free sealed bearings. What's not to like?

couldn't you just use rival or force jockey wheels for like 10 bucks , or even shimano ones ? i still prefer the red mechs weight even if i have to swap out for the lower quality wheels , i always find red stuff on the cheap ...

If I knew what I was doing when I started looking - it would have been simple. At my age it is unlikely I will wear this set out.

Just re-read your post and completely skipped what might be the solution to your issue. You need to try the B-Screw adjustment on the rear derailleur to create distance between the jockey wheel and cassette sprockets. If you're unsure about making this adjustment just search YouTube or ?? for "SRAM B-Screw Adjustment" . Very easy fix.
