My wife just turned 69, and I am three months behind her. I do a lot of fast walking, plus some cycling, weight training, and jogging. She took up ballet 50 years ago, shortly after we met as UCLA freshmen, and she still takes ballet lessons three or four times per week.
I would be interested to know the age distributions in 50+ and 65+.
