well.. not actually. They've been ordered. Yes, tubeless ready, but I'll use tubes. No, not disc brakes, rim brakes. No, not too trendy wide, they're only 24mm external; and no, they're not even black. Basically a Kinlin XR31 that somehow Hunt gets in a polished version. Plan to run with some Corsa Controls (tan of course) in my usual 25mm width (which is about max that my bike could handle. I'm intrigued to find out how these hubs are, because I haven't figured out what they are.. I assume they're some rebadged asian model.. any ideas?? ("Hubs | Race Season SPRINT straight-pull, 15mm diameter 7075-T6 axle. Circular dropout interface steps for added stiffness. 3x treble-tooth pawl engagement for instant acceleration. Engagement angle of just 7.5 degrees. Steel spline insert to protect cassette body".) ?

Delivered and installed. Seem perfectly true and round. Angry Bees type of rear hub; will take some getting used to:

Very nice! What did you have on before, and do you like these better?

Had some Campy Eurus on there. They are/were great, just thought I'd try something new and different, and although these aren't terribly wide by today's standards, their 24mm width is still 3.5mm wider than the Campy's and look good with 25mm tires mounted. What's nice is not having to deflate the tires to get the tires past the brake pads now.
These are tubeless compatible rims, but running with tubes; I just don't flat that often, and don't want the hassle having to deal with such in an apartment. As far as comparing the ride, LOL.. haven't ridden them yet.
These are, as best as I can tell, Kinlin XR31 rims, but AFAIK, Hunt seems to be the only one selling these in polished silver finish. Lots of others sells these in the black anodized.
