Shaving crotch and everything
just a practical question
as a male. i dont just shave the legs. but everything
as seems to work better
for those who shave everything too
what methods u do for the delicate areas
like crotch etc

Careful down there.....ingrown hairs are hard to address in places you cannot see. I stop short of shaving, and keep things trimmed with one of those little battery powered trimmer jobs.

Trimmer, no ingrown hairs.
I ride a TT bike with a tri specific saddle. Meaning it keeps the pressure off but still will bunch that area more. So, it's more comfy to take care of business down there.
But, no shave.........just do a nice purpose built trimmer for the job. They sell personal trimmers. Some even come with a wand if there's some back hair to deal with.
Not a fun topic, but a good one to get right in the spirit of preserving a good and healthy body.

I shave legs for post crash comfort (I get tot skip the painful ER nurse's shave; they always thank me, there is less abrasion of the skin around the raw meat, bandages pull much easier and with less pain and everything heals faster).
For the crotch, I use a trimmer at the closest setting. My concern is the hairs being pulled. (I have the common male problem of my hair mass staying constant but the center of gravity is shifting down. Head going bald and down there making up the difference, So those hairs far longer than they used to be love to get caught between chamois and moving parts. I oly trim those hairs that can actually get caught. (In other activities, shaved clean is good, full length hair is good, short bristles bad.)

Another trimmer user. I don't shave my legs, not being noticeably hairy and not being worried about getting a lot of road rash from racing.

I usually go to the salon to get my crotch shaved, but since the coronavirus lockdown I've been having my Mom do it.

I trim it all down shorter. Chest, legs, arms, crotch, butt and back. Sadly I have hair, long and a lot everywhere but the top of my head. <grin>
Summer time it seems to me that short to no hair helps get the sweat away from my skin quicker as well as taking the heat away with it. Also seems that it help ensure my clothing moves with me instead of giving my clothes something to slide on and create raw spots.

I took the scissors out of my fishing tackle box to cut those pesky hairs that pull on ya. But nobody knows about it but you all do now.

A Norelco triple floating head electric shaver is much easier to use without nicking delicate skin, and shaves close enough. Remington shavers with the microscreen can apply more pressure and shave as close as any blade, but isn't quite as easy to use around frank and the beans.
Never could see the appeal of razors and foam. I had to use that, mostly in the Navy, but later got a Remington and never looked back. I have scars along my jaw from sports injuries, and a large mole -- razors would nick those and I'd waste time bleeding in the morning. With Remington and Norelco electric shavers I can shave right across those scars and moles, no problems -- although I have a beard now and haven't shaved my face in years. I use electric clippers to mow and shape the beard.
