I'd still spring for some cotton/lated Vitts or Veloflexes. Much more cushy even 23mm at 100/110.

I've ridden all of these. I even rode those Wobler Invulnerables long long ago.

I need to shut up and ride though.

I agree, the op should be banned from this list for life. Perhaps, we should have a good old-fashioned crucifixion, a good nails job, or a scourging might help. Where's a Roman Centurion when you need him.

I might have 20 years or more of riding left in me and should get backups.

Now about that seat angle...
Those don’t fit. The only other hoods that come close are non aero.

That seat angle worked well for me Saturday for 81 miles and 6,982 feet of climbing. It keeps the weight off my hands.

If it works for you, then it works. It's just a bit concerning to me as a nose-up saddle tilt can cause a host of other issues, especially since we all have some sensitive "parts" at the front of the saddle that are very sensitive to blood flow. Most modern saddles are designed to relieve pressure on the "soft tissues" (perineum) area by having cut-outs and/or short noses. Once again, if it works for you and you are having no issues, then ride-on!

Should you tilt your saddle? Here’s how to find the correct saddle angle for you | Cycling Weekly
SHOULD MY SADDLE BE FLAT, NOSE UP OR NOSE DOWN?
There are very few occasions where a saddle should be tilted nose up, in fact almost never. A saddle tilted nose up will tend to put the pelvis in a posteriorly or backward rotated position as the nose stops the pelvis from rolling forward. This will result in increased spinal flexion and possibly lower back pain, and over-reaching for the handlebars, resulting in neck and shoulder pain. The glutes will not be at their ideal point on the length-tension curve, which can result in inhibition or poor recruitment. It can also cause perineal pain and numbness due to increased pressure at the front.

Damn! I've been doing it wrong for 25 years while riding 5-9,000 miles a year. I'll correct that and try again for the Podium.

Using those hoods should be punishable by a $500 fine or six months in jail.
