I believe it's a conversion, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm wrong. Listed for $250, possibly because of the brand.
What model is/was this, is it using PG Cr-Mo?

Head badge points towards mid 70's. Chrome socks point towards Super LeMans. If so, those were Hi Ten steel.

$250 is total, complete dreamland, and yes, it is obviously a conversion with a rear derailleur hanger, forward angled rear drop outs, cable stops, etc. Might be a Super Elite, regardless, price is ridiculous.

They probably need to recover the flip/flop hub/ wheel cost. Even if they kept the components, 250 would be high

+1 I would agree the price is high. Also as presented with no pedals and effectively no brakes is bascically not ridiable so in most markets that's a 50 percent discount in my opinion. I just don't get why people feel they must take the brakes off a SS/FG conversion that is going to be used as a street bike for casual riding.

It does have a front brake, as is good. I missed the missing pedals
All in all, probably a fitting frame for the conversion, being a low end PG tubing. It doesn't look bad. It's just not what will scratch my itch.

This shouldn't be PG tubing. If it actually is a Super Le Mans then it's double butted hi-tensile steel. However as @wrk101 states, this may be an early Elite variant, as the Super Le Mans from this era typically are seen with pencil stay caps and a different seat lug.

I haven’t seen too many Centurion head badges like that one. I’m thinking this must be one of the original models from sometime in the early 70’s. It’s definitely a touring style frame with rack and fender eyelets. Probably has a Tange 5 frame and weighs over 28lbs.

I'd weigh it with a decent luggage scale. If it's down around 23 pounds or so then, maybe worth $225. If it's closer to 30 pounds then, maybe $100.

maybe Mighty level.

i would be a bit more charitable on the price but I think $275 is about $100 too much.

What makes model designation difficult is a lot of the early 70's Centurions I have seen with good original paint and decals did not have a model name in the artwork decals just the Centurion badge and Centurion on the seat tube and the tubing decals were somewhat vague.
