Rebuilding my Gazelle Opa Fiets

So I got this bike from a forum member AliH when he left Phnom Penh a while back

The Dutch GrandPa Truckster 18.49kg 40.2lbs

Please update us on how the RX series hub works for you. Mine had an issue with losing engagement in first gear. I removed the internals and gave it an ATF lube job, and since then, has been working OK.
I'm still not confident enough in it to recommend it to my customers until I put some more trouble free miles on it though.

Dan, I sure will let you know. It is a fun bike to ride, weighs in at 42 lbs, still need fenders and the decals.

So, I finally have it mostly complete, changed the handle bars to some with a bit of rise, added a set of lights, I have some Wald folding baskets on the rear, a front basket.

yet to do is to remove the fenders and paint them.

I have to say, I love what you did with the bike. Especially with the frame bag and the baskets all around it looks like a basketpacking setup. This is not a bike you would see around here in the Netherlands.

What colour are you planning for the fenders? The same green, cream white or perhaps an yellow ochre?
What front light are you using?
