Well it’s definitely a Pinarello. I was thinking it may have been a later Treviso or Asolo, but they didn’t have internal brake cabling. Oh yes they did.
So it’s most likely a Montello - strange that the brake bridge is different and it didn’t get the usual Montello BB shell, but it’s consistent in its inconsistency! Changed my mind, see below.
Will be interesting to see if the tubing is SL or SLX.

OK, so now I'm thinking it's an Asolo.
The brake bridge is similar to this one:

Well it's certainly nice to hear that it's likely to be a genuine Pinarello.. I also noticed that it was simular to the Asolo model. Its very refreshing to know that other people have been taking time out to help me with this.
I will be sure to post pictures once ive finally built her up.
Thanks again for the information, its much appreciated!

A very respectable 21.5 lbs without the bottles, bag or pump. Components are 10 speed Chorus, except the crankset, which is Stronlight. Wheels are old Zonda DPro, which definitely help with the weight. This was its first time out on the road since '96 (when it was 23+ lbs and 8 speed Chorus)

Unknown Provenance Pinarello for your viewing pleasure.
Possible 1994 Stelvio imported via GITA to NA market with Dolmens tubing. Campag 1988-2010 mixed groups. C-Record levers, 1990 Monoplaner brakes (I bought originally for a 1991 Treviso) 1995 Record crankset, 2002 Record hubs, 2010 Veloce mechs, Dia-Compe ratchet friction shift levers, 9 speed. Paint by Element6 (John Tzinberg) fork was chrome originally but I wanted more of the Mediterranean Blue. I love this bike, it is quiet, stealth quiet and chugs along like a steamroller. Smooth, pretty responsive and tracks nicely. 58cm, 21 pounds.

I've cleaned the bike and put on some inexpensive pedals I found in my shop. I really enjoy riding it, though it's not practical for my daily jaunts. I haven't adjusted anything, but it performs nicely. I see why people like these. I'm still at zero dollars.

That Treviso is about as close to a Montello that you could get without it actually being a Montello! I've seen Trevisos with internal cable routing, and I've seen SL Montellos sans chainstay bridge - this one lies somewhere in between. Great find!

Sadly this one has been relegated to a trainer for the last two years. Not really sure if it is C/V either. It is 20 years old this year and steel after all

I have a cleanly decaled ('90?)Treviso..(sorry can't post photos here yet), but it has a unique brake bridge ive only seen on Montellos and sprint/ttrial bikes, no chainstay bridge, integrated toptube cable, hidden bottom bracket thru cables, and Campy dropouts.
is this possible?

Anything is possible with Pinarello. I guess the first question is; are the decals original? Pinarellos are notorious for flaking decals - yours look a bit too good to be original. So that may call into question whether it's a Treviso or not.
Having said that, Pinarello started to get pretty crazy as the 90's wore on, so distinguishing models isn't so clear. Most models lost their chainstay bridges around that time along with the new BB shells, Deda tubing and internal cable routing. What do your seat stay caps like? Is there a tiny GPT logo between the seat stay caps and seat binder bolt?
This 'Asolo' looks like yours: https://steel-vintage.com/pinarello-...ke-1991-detail but again, unlikely the decals are original so it could be anything.
