Question -- Adaptor for 20mm Thru-axle fork with a 15mm hub?

Son bought a new fork with a 20mm Hexlock thru axle. The old fork used a 15mm Hexlock thru axle. He wants to use the same wheel but obviously a 20mm thru axle won't work on a 15mm hub. Is there an adapter to fit the 15mm hub to the 20mm fork? Couldn't find anything after an extensive web search.

What brand hub is the front wheel. The hub may have interchangeable end caps to make it work with different axle sizes. You'll have to see if the hub manufacturer offers 20mm end caps for the hub.

There is no axle or adapter(other than converting the hub) that would make that combination work.

It’s a Specialized P Series hub.

looked at the end caps but it doesn’t look promising.

Unless the hub is designed to have interchangeable end caps, normally the answer is no.

Some forks have axle converters for the fork, but from the description (Hexlock), you have a Manitou fork, and these don't appear to have this option (from owning a few 15mm versions, can't see how this could work with this fork axle design)
