How will your be outfitted ? Looking forward to the pic. The 55 size fit me to a tee in both reach and stand over.
For me, I am glad that it did not have any cable guides. Thought for a while about losing some of the decals but decided to leave it be.

The decals on the chrome are really nice and subtle, yet classy. I am still not 100% as to how I will set it up. I was thinking of just swapping everything over from the Fuji as it sits now. Though, I also have brown brooks tape and saddle that could easily set it up with. Decisions!

Brooks yes ! My swift is just waiting it's turn to go on the bike. I have a Cinelli Crit bar to use as well and would look good wrapped in leather but the bullhorns on there now just do it for me.

Just placed an order for a bunch of bike stuff:
A set of Banjo Brothers Market Panniers for my Motobecane Messenger utility fixed gear bike:
A Planet Bike Rack-Blinky 5 Taillight to replace the broken one on my Salsa Casseroll IGH:
A Continental Grand Prix 4000S II 650x23c tire to replace the very lumpy and worn rear one on my Wabi Lightning:
Salsa Gel Cork Tape in red to replace the nasty worn Easton tape on my Matrix Rafale carbon geared bike:
A Park Tool ND-1 spoke nipple driver to make my next wheel build a lot easier:
An Eldi thread gauge so I can stop messing up similar but different threads and figure out what I need to buy:
A SRAM PC-870 6/7/8 speed chain to replace the worn original chain on my Salsa Casseroll IGH:
And a bunch of other small parts to get the order over $300 to qualify for a $15 discount coupon.

I've had my Kilo TT for about 2 years and finally ordered some new parts for it! (Yeah I used that ****ty seat for 2 years )
I wanted a shorter stem so I went from the 110mm stock stem to the 80mm velo orange stem
I'm also taking the Nito drop handle bars from an old Fuji Del Rey that was passed down to me and throwing it on the Kilo.
Also picked up the fyxation curve saddle.

Bought some fix it sticks on amazon. Got it for only $16 because the packaging was damaged. I didnt care though because I think their retail price is twice that.
Once the package arrived it was missing the 4mm and 5mm bits so the seller refunded me the whole order, even though i just asked for the two bits that were missing. They did it before i could tell them it wasn't necessary. Cool. So I contacted fix it sticks directly and asked to buy the two bits I needed and they suddenly mailed them to me free, even though I insisted on paying. When did everyone get so nice? Needless to say, I love these things!

I had never seen those before. The idea is pretty slick.

Well, I guess I'll just have one of these then since I stumbled across this in the Pake thread.

Me neither, until recently. I had one of those multi tools that look like those pocket knives with all sorts of tools. It just wasn't easy to use. I was then just going to buy separate hex tools and then I stumbled upon this.

Had to buy a new headset for the Langster! Damned old one is done, the bearings were getting crushed and all sorts of bad news bears.
Hopefully this shis works (yuck yuck yuck, headset joke)
Friggin' Specialized and their proprietary headset B.S. "Look at me I am Mike Sinyard and I am going to use a headset that isn't like all the others and call it MindSet, meyah, and like all the other headsets won't really work and you cannot use other peoples stuff, meyah" Why can't you use a simple zero-stack HS and stop with the crapola.
Since the 40 series headset is a huge improvement over the loose ball bearings I felt like I didn't need to ball out completely with that 110 series like I did on my new touring bike. Plus I need to divert most of my funds towards that bike rather than my beater commuter fixed gear fun machine.

it's my first clipless setup. Pretty stoked on it, especially the shoes which are pretty much logo-less.
Also a water cage, but that's boring.
