Help with MS Gilco frame ID

I have bought this frame from Hilary Stone some five years ago. He didn't know what it was...
Since then I have ridden it a lot and really like it. It's time for a re-paint and I thought I check in to see if I might be lucky and can put some decals on this time around.
There are no engravings, markings or serial numbers anywhere :-(
Happy to take additional pictures of any detail if it helps.
