NOS Suntour MTB Brake-Shift Levers-- Semi Obscure

SOLD
I paid a ridiculous premium for these NOS years ago when I bought them. I used to know the part number, but have since lost it and they seem super scarce by my looking.

I bought them specifically because I had limited space for mounting brake levers and separate thumb shifters on a set of Jones handlebars, and I specifically wanted the option to do friction shifting as opposed to indexed. Anyway, these were perfect, took up only the space of the one clamp and I mounted them, but then ended up changing out the bars, so they were never used. They are an odd part I know, but pretty cool and hopefully of interest/need to someone out there

. All works properly and perfectly obviously.

REDUCED: $85 including shipping CONUS.

What's the index option on this? 7 or 6?

Good question! I confess I had only wanted them for friction. I'm fiddling with them now, trying to test indexing and not totally sure at the moment. I'll keep tinkering and see what I can figure out. Thanks!

These are pretty cool. I have no need at the moment, but think other shifters could be used on those pods?
