Help Identify Basso Bike Please

Searched the interwebs to no avail thus far. Hoping for some help identifying a Basso bike given to me ~2008. It was pretty used at the time, so guessing it's a from ~early 2000's. Might be a custom paint job. Blue/white fade. Down tube and seat tube are both a triangle shape. Searched all over the frame and under bottom bracket, no serial number or identifying marks, numbers, etc. Sticker on it says painted by rainbow cycle craft. Trying to post pictures, but since it's my first post, admin won't allow it. Will try to post pictures to external site and share link, but don't think that's allowed either. Thanks in advance!
