The perspective makes it difficult to make out any real issues beyond the left stamping being off-center by a little bit (in relation to the flats). Flats don't match? Center is drilled off-center on the one on the right - or is it missing its threads? I'm just guessing out loud.

I also was going to guess that "Cam" was a pun on the shape of the washer, but then decided it didn't faithfully translate into Italian.

The dies are different. The fonts are different, especially the 7s. The one on the left appears in many respects a better piece of metalwork, and gets my vote as the real Campagnolo... or the better of two fakes.

I think they are different size flats, i.e., one is 13mm the other 14 mm

The one made with the flat-ended die has less material within the lettering so is lighter. A significant technical advancement.
