Actually, three riders were seriously injured by deer in Michigan, in two separate incidents, a couple years ago.

That was not an American deer. The horns are like a African deer. I believe it to be an accidental encounter The horns would have been down if it was attacking ??? When the dear jumped it was trying to avoid the collision.

OR someone trained the dear to take out a cyclist and a whole gallery of spectators paid to watch it. ( )

Buck was on the right as both arrived at the intersection at the same time. Therefore, buck had the right of way and the cyclist failed to yield = cyclist fault.
