Uneven chain tension
I have a problem with very uneven chain tension, at one poin the chain is as tight as it should be. If I move the pedals 180 degrees the chain is very very loose. I read something about centering the chain ring, but that doesn't seem to make sense for me since it can't move at all on the cranks. I mean, no matter what it sits tight on the same spot..loose bolts or not.
This annoys me since I have a lot of noice when pedaling, my guess is that this is the reason.
What is the next thing to try:
-New chainring?
-If that doesn't help, new crankset and bottom-bracket?
The crankset and chainring is BLB, the cog aswell. Not sure about the bottom bracket.

Your cog is slipping.
Your chainring should move on the crank when the bolts are loose. If you've tried centering your chainring and this is still happening, either your chainring or cog (or both) aren't round - which is all too common for a lot of low to mid grade parts. You could also have a bent BB spindle, but that's less likely.

try completely removing the chainring from the spider. add some grease to the contact spots, then finger tight the chain ring bolts on. do the centering method, and everything should fall into place.
like scrod said, it's 99% likely your chainring not being centered.
