Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It's a Hipster bike.

The frameset is beautiful, and then it went horribly wrong.

No, as pictured. (too busy) But a small 1 inch section opposite the valve stem would work well.

What do you think about leaving stock stickers on and then adding x2 small ones to opposite sides?
Been looking at wheels pics on google, lots of setups also use 3 large stickers in a triangle like shape

I definitely agree with your statement. Beautiful frame, and that's about it. I was trying to not be too harsh. At least the fugly crank is silver instead of black.

No. It has plenty of color with the tape. Put some chrome on it if you want some flash.

Personally, I always remove factory stickers. And if I add anything else it's minimal. Less is more. But hey, it's 100% personal taste here, and you can always change it.

I think a polished silver crankset and silver RD would change the whole look of the machine. Maybe I will attempt a crude PhotoShop simulation.

Gotta say no on both pictures. Too busy with the added stickers, and the stock stickers on DT wheels are awful, they look like packaging stickers that are intended to be removed immediately. Seriously, what were they thinking with those stickers? I would remove the stock stickers, and then maybe put two other ones on in their place.

Forget color on the Diverge.

Level the saddle first.

Color is way down the list of concerns for that bike.

Ok since i already bought them i figured whats the harm in trying them on???
In the process i got the factory DTswiss stickers off

Tried:
Large on each end replacing the stock stickers
Large on each end + small on opposing end
Then tried the more common scheme for wheel stickers and put them in a triangle

If you're going to make custom decals, make them something cool and meaningful to you. Not bodged manufacturer logos.

Needs a white saddle to match the white bar tape...but keep the hoods black, white hoods are just gross IMO. Also, flip that stem.

Ehh, not feeling any of it. How about no stickers at all? I think that would look really nice.

I love the entire B&W scheme. You’ve created a very beautiful bike.

The background wall also looks great. You should submit this picture to GCN for their Nice - Super Nice segment.

I’ve used white handlebar tape in the past, but they are a PITA to keep clean.

So now I use Cinelli Mike Giant tape, I like the design and it fits well with a B&W bike.
