keeping a travelogue
Certain people are asking for a travelogue of my tour, but I've noticed that the travelogue section of Touring Sub Forum is kinda defunct. How do I find grazy guy on bike,? Nothing came up on Google.
Or is there something better?
Thanks
Helen

As for me, I just set up my own website (or actually, I got someone to do it for me), and I sent updates to that person who put them on my site every few days: https://www.machka.net/
I really, really need to do some major updating!! I've done so much more than what's on there.

I highly recommend using crazyguyonabike for your touring journals. I find it serves two purposes - it keeps my friends and family happy because they can watch over my shoulder as I'm touring, and it puts me in touch with other cyclists who might have some suggestions for me as I wander.
I usually keep the text of the journal up to date from the road (I carry an HP Jornada very tiny handheld with a full keyboard and dial-up access) and I wait to upload pictures until I get home.
You can see my journals - including the one from my just completed tour of Prince Edward Island - at denisegoldberg.crazyguyonabike.com.
