If you commute every day without being clipped in you are already doing a lot of superfluous exercise, if you ask me.

I get to wear the same comfy shoes , besides its only about 3 miles ..

my new pedals : Ergon.
and I don't spin a fast cadence, anyhow .

to old to care

I knew it had to be either squirtdad or chipcom, surfing the web for high heeled cycling shoes.

I wear sneakers, too, but I use old school clips.

OMG..... equated to Chipcom...... I don't know whether to be terrified or complemented? I will take complemented.

And by the way I did not search for it...... instructables sent it to me..... I shared.

I recommend instructables for anything from arduino to steam punk

don't know.... it was the chocolate chip bacon cookies that got me wondering how the selected what they highlighted (love both but not together) best guess tracking on bike things, and maybe steampunk???
