Slowest speed on Zwift
What is your slowest speed on Zwift? today at the end of a workout, during the cool down phase i happened to be heading up a 15% grade and my power was limited to 75ish watts. i noticed i was not really going anywhere so i decided to lighten up on the cadence. i got it down to 2 mph! will be shooting for 1 next time.
